Exchange & Return Policy
At Weavera, we want you to love what you wear. If something’s not right, we’re here to help. Our policies are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Exchange Eligibility
Items may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt if:
- The product is defective or damaged on arrival
- The product does not match the description
- You received the wrong item
- The product was damaged during shipping
- The product was tampered with
To initiate an exchange, please contact weavera.uae@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Details of the concern
Return Conditions
Returns must meet the following criteria:
- Initiated within 3 days of delivery
- Shipped back within 7 days
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Return Shipping
- Weavera will bear the full shipping cost for both returns and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange or return
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled if:
- You contact us before dispatch
- The item is out of stock
- There is a pricing or payment issue

Refunds Policy
At Weavera, we follow a No Refund policy, except in specific cases where:
- You received the wrong product
- The product is defective
- The product was damaged during shipping
- The product was tampered with
If your case qualifies, we will offer a refund to the original payment method upon return and inspection of the item.
To request a refund, contact us at weavera.uae@gmail.com with your order number and supporting evidence (photos, receipt).
Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at weavera.uae@gmail.com by replying refund request email.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at weavera.uae@gmail.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
